i am a hi-performance trainer & coach

After graduating for the Civil Engineering degree, at Universidade do Minho, I was fortunate to come across a “strange thing” called personal development.
What I have learned and still learn on a daily basis, what I had the chance to change in myself and see changing in others and the power of transformation of these teachings, made me fall in love for this field and since then I’ve been dedicating my life to learning and training, with a special emphasis and passion for the psychology of human behavior and personal guidance, or personal mentoring.

I’ve held trainings and public speaked in some of the biggest international companies acting in Portugal, in the fields of communication, leadership, team management, sales and inner & interpersonal relationships. With my work, I’ve served, over the past 10 years, more than 15.000 people, from all professional areas.

I’m NLP, Coaching and Ericksonian Hypnosis Techniques certified, but my toolbox has many created and adapted by me, namely the training & coaching process “A ESTRELA”® (THE STAR), thanks to a true passion for studying people and a wide variety of fields, which are a powerful help for me to develop my work and my mission: helping the next to be happy(ier)!

From all the several teachers I’ve had so far, I immediately highlight Jim Rohn, my mentor, for the impact in my conscience and way to see life itself. I get inspired and study (with) some of the best in the world in their fields, have already been part of trainings with Anthony Robbins, Richard Bandler, Joseph OʼConnor, Daniel Sá Nogueira, Stephen Paul Adler, John Grinder, Robert Dilts and Robert Kiyosaki, among others. So I can grow and change and learn. And so I can have the capability to help others, that also wish to change and grow and learn, to be able to do it in a balanced and effective way.

The sentence that changed the course of my Life is

obviously from my mentor,

Jim Rohn (r.i.p.)
